By accessing or using the No Plan Panda website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our site.

No Plan Studios sells limited-edition collectible plush toys, keychains, stickers, apparel, and related merchandise. Our products are intended for adult collectors and enthusiasts. They are not designed as toys for children under 3 years of age. All product images on our site are representative; minor variations in color and finish may occur between the displayed image and the final product due to manufacturing processes and screen calibration differences.

Some of our products are sold on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping dates provided at the time of pre-order are good-faith estimates and are subject to change due to manufacturing timelines, supply chain conditions, customs clearance, and other factors outside our control. We will communicate any significant changes to your estimated shipping date via email. Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, pre-orders are final.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor.

We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. Pre-orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are not eligible for refund unless the product arrives damaged or materially different from its description.

All No Plan Studios products are produced in limited quantities. Once a drop sells out, we do not guarantee restocking. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected resale activity or fraudulent purchases.

All content on this site — including product designs, images, logos, copy, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of No Plan Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Plan Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Our site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our site or placement of a new order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
